LBRL versión Martina

In this edition of the Local Regime Bases Law, Martina version, with rings and color, Vicente Valera, together with the graphic designer Cinthia Moure, offer an easy study version of said basic rule, a version that favors the use of the visual memory, something traditionally little used in the legal world. As is well known, this regulation has a very prominent role in all official programs / competitions at the local level (municipalities and councils especially) and, consequently, without their absolute control, it is practically impossible to overcome them.
