Before establishing himself as one of the greatest film directors, Fraçois Truffaut had written passionate reviews on "Cahiers du cinema"; and "Arts et spectacules". The way of commenting on his films created school. Many of these articles, difficult to find today, have now been compiled by their author. Others, unpublished, dedicated to the directors he likes the most.
