La Villa de la Seda

Bach, Tabea

Angela has recently lost her husband and, after a few months of grief and spiritual crisis, decides to visit, in beautiful Italian Veneto, her mother's best friend, the wealthy old woman Tess. Very close to Tess's fabulous mansion, Angela will get to know the so-called "Villa de la seda", the last factory that works artisan silk and which is about to close due to its poor financial results. Angela, who studied textile design in her youth, instantly falls in love with the factory and her millennial looms, and decides to carry out a madness: buy the factory and re-float the business. At the same time Angela, she will meet Vittorio, an aristocratic friend of Tess, and it is then that she must decide if she is ready to love again. An experience that she must combine with the arduous task of building the factory. Thanks to the power of silk, Angela's life will never be the same again.
