La vida pequeña
el arte de la fuga
González Sainz, J. A.
After a cataclysm of colossal dimensions caused by something miniscule that infects everything, a voice reflects, concocts, remembers or recites, such a prayer. He perceives that, under the global crisis unleashed by the pandemic, another more local epidemic disease but of similar dimensions, or perhaps even more serious, hides in the background: that of our ways of life, that of our relationship with reality and with words. The voice, a pure exercise of reason, reels off themes and variations in a moral melody that is sometimes modulated narratively and other times like a theatrical monologue or a poetic or philosophical inquiry, and where all the registers, from the most serious to the humorous , they are twisted into a kind of art of conceptual and musical fugue at the same time.
