La ventana
Alba, Isabel
The protagonist of this story, an unemployed 30-year-old illustrator, observes the world from the window of the tiny council flat where she lives. To alleviate the loneliness and anguish that have accompanied her since the outbreak of a deadly pandemic, she pours her most intimate reflections into a notebook, as a collage, while she watches suspiciously how, after months of confinement, the streets resume their pulse with an enthusiasm in which he does not participate: the pain is still very present. A poetic voice that recreates with the bewitching magnetism of the dream the shudder of the two worlds that the window separates.
