La última emperox

The disappearance of the Flow, the interstellar pathway that links the planets of Interdependence, has accelerated. Entire star systems, and billions of people, are being cut off from the rest of human civilization. Science had predicted this disappearance... even so, despite the fact that the evidence is obvious and irrefutable, there are many who in these final moments of one of the greatest empires that humanity has known still try to downplay it, delay the search of a solution and benefit from the problem. The Emperox Grayland II has finally managed to wrest the reins of her empire from her opponents and all who deny the reality of the Flow. But that "control" is fragile, and as Grayland struggles to save as many of her subjects from fatal isolation as possible, the forces opposing her use all of her resources to strike one last desperate blow with the order to overthrow her. Grayland and her dwindling list of allies must employ every means at her disposal to save themselves and humanity. And that may not be enough. Will Grayland become the savior of civilization... or will she be the last empire to wear the crown?
