La última cena de los veteranos

Twenty years have passed since we had the last news about Creaciones Ilustradas, the Barcelona cartoonist agency around which the stories of Los Profesionales orbited. In them, we witnessed a portrait of the lights and miseries of the profession, but also a clear photo of Spanish society after the "25 years of peace" proclaimed by the Franco regime. After the five albums of the regular series and one extra volume (Rambla Above, Rambla Below), most of those young artists have already retired. In the Lola cafeteria, the legendary meeting point for cartoonists, several of those who are still active have gathered, including Marcos Mora, Giménez's new alter ego. They will review some of the milestones of their careers... and also how they face the end of their lives.
