From the age of 45, women enter a new stage of life. This period, which receives the name of climacteric, is characterized by hormonal, physical and emotional transformation. Just as in puberty our body made a whole transition process towards the first menstruation, in the climacteric it prepares to go beyond and leave the last one behind. But menopause should not generate fear or uncertainty, and in no way be linked to old age.
