La plenitud del vacío

The plenitude of the void is the culmination of the mature poetic work of Juan Antonio Masoliver Ródenas. Throughout these pages, the author takes up common themes of his poetry -eroticism and fascination with the female body, or familiarity with death understood as both emptiness and fullness-, but also surrenders to the will of to remember missing friends, to settle accounts with one's own past and to cling to memory, the last great refuge of love in that final threshold that we will all cross alone. Sometimes heartbreaking and bitter, others full of lucidity and serenity offered by the perspective of the years, these verses are proof of the extraordinary power of poetry to rework memory and give meaning to existence.
