After a life dedicated to teaching, two secondary school teachers -Marina and Carles- are celebrating their retirement. Inevitably, they look back and question what has happened in their lives during the past ten devilishly intense years. They question their political commitment and face the disappointment they and the country are experiencing. Relationships with other teachers, parents of students, neighbors and even students are no longer the same. The crisis, repression and covid have covered up their perplexity, but they can't avoid looking in the mirror. They wanted to make history and history has passed them over.
