Freemasonry has always been surrounded by myths and misinformation that most of the time only sought their discredit, something that happened especially in those countries where dictatorships of one sign or another ruled. And this happened in Spain. However, Freemasonry is a path for the individual improvement of the human being. It uses a gradual and staggered method, which has symbols, rituals and legends, which have the purpose of giving progressively the famous way "know yourself". This work covers the avatars of Spanish Freemasonry from his arrival in our country to the present reviewing his history and his dreams of freedom in a rigorous and documented study.
