La lógica de la luz

Cassar Scalia, Cristina

It's half past four in the morning. From their boat, Dr. Manfredi Monterreale and Sante Tammaro, a journalist for a digital publication, catch a glimpse of a man on the coast dragging a large suitcase with difficulty and throwing it between the rocks. A few hours later, Deputy Commissioner Vanina Garrasi receives an anonymous call: a female voice claims to have witnessed the murder of a girl that same night, in a villa by the sea. The two facts turn out to be related and give rise to a much more delicate investigation than expected. The shrewd Vanina, whose private life is becoming more complicated every day, will have to move cautiously among the powerful characters of the Ethnean capital. Thanks to the help of the retired commissioner Biagio Patanè, who has already become a "stable companion", she will unravel an intrigue that holds surprises until the last page.
