La llamada de Cthulhu
Lovecraft, H. P.
In the winter of 1926, the great-uncle of the narrator of this cult tale, a professor of Semitic languages at Brown University and an authority in the field of ancient inscriptions, passed away. Medicine cannot clarify the circumstances of this death shrouded in mystery. The narrator, heir to his legacy, turns to the archaeological interpretation of a bas-relief that is accompanied by a text in an unknown language that refers to a secret cult of what seems to be a forgotten and extraterrestrial god with the name of "Cthulhu".
