La hija del alfarero
Perales, José Luis
Brígida and Justino live in El Espejuelo, a town in La Mancha, together with their two teenage children: Carlos and Francisca. While Justino teaches Carlos the potter's trade so that he can help him with the weaving, Francisca rebels, abandons her family and flees to the city where she finds a job in a hotel in the port. But things are far from going as she expected when her owner, a married man with children, notices her. Through the lives of Francisca, Carlos, Justino and Brígida over the years, the reader witnesses an emotional and passionate story about the consequences of our actions and the sacrifice necessary to achieve one's desires.
