La gran obra desvelada

The Great Unveiled Work (Le Grand OEuvre dévoilé en faveur des enfans de la lumière) is a curious treatise on alchemy typical of the 18th century that, however, departs quite a bit from the usual manuals. Entertaining, simple and didactic, it does not pretend to be in possession of the truth but to share certain hermetic knowledge with the reader. The work concludes with the narration of an evocative dream sown with alchemical symbols, through which he will also communicate some of the philosophers' secrets.
