La furia del Kolibri
Redondo, Cristina (1978- )
In 1944, a young aviation mechanic rushed out of Berlin, taking with him the remains of a Nazi helicopter, the Kolibri. Hans will cross half of Europe to end up in Madrid ready to bury the pieces of that helicopter in the backyard of what will become his new house. Now, Hans is an old man, sick and bedridden, aware that his time is running out. He needs to redeem himself and confess to his children the truth of what happened in that bombed Berlin and why he hid the remains of the Kolibri underground. From the bed that keeps him prostrate, the German will review the most important events of his life: his fascination with helicopters as a child, Hitler's rise to power, his work as an aviation mechanic in Anton Flettner's factory and the certainty of that nothing that happened to him could have been prevented.
