In the last few decades, sex change requests among children and adolescents have skyrocketed alarmingly, both in the United States and in Europe. The weight of the LGBTQI culture has given greater visibility to "gender dysphoria", which translates a feeling of inadequacy between the sex at birth and the one one "feels" like.
