The history of Spain is long and generous in episodes worthy of being told and remembered. Sublime and miserable moments, great deeds, wars everywhere and a lot of perseverance sometimes carried to quixotic extremes. Since the Middle Ages, the generations that preceded us expelled an invader from the Iberian Peninsula, forged a very powerful kingdom, crossed the oceans and spread throughout the world taking with them their language, their religion and their way of understanding the world.
