In the frigid Russian steppe, fairy tales have proven to be much more than just stories. And there, accused of committing witchcraft for receiving the support of the Winter King, Vasya is faced with an impossible choice: marry or enter a convent. To avoid both fates, the young woman dresses as a man and flees on the back of her faithful stallion Solovéi de ella. But on her way, an incident leads her to the royal palace in Moscow, where she will be involved in the intrigues of the court as she tries to unravel a strange threat and hide her true identity from the prince. And all the while, the Winter King continues to offer her advice, as useful as it may be treacherous... For everyone knows that the help of the immortals comes at a price, and the frost demon is no exception.
