In 1959, and after losing their lands and possessions during the Cuban Revolution, the Belmonte family settled in Tuxpan, Veracruz. A lifetime and a strange architectural project conceived by Alejo Belmonte will be left behind: the house of memory. A project that will be forged from generation to generation, almost like an obsession, based on the simple and ancient belief that our memories are preserved in an architectural space.
