VI Premio Albert Jovell de Novela
Pérez Domínguez, Andrés
Gordon Pinner is a young journalist stationed in Paris in 1930. Although aware of the injustices committed by the Bolsheviks after the fall of the czar empire, Pinner is also an idealist who harbors deep sympathy for the Revolution and who will not hesitate to infiltrate the community of exiled Russians in the French capital when their comrades from the Soviet secret service ask. From the hand of a beautiful and enigmatic dancer he will discover the remains of a vanished empire and will end up questioning his ideals and traveling to Moscow and Leningrad to find an orphan girl. That little girl could be the key to saving his life and, at the same time, preventing an exiled aristocrat from financing an army destined to reverse the course of history to regain the splendor of the Romanovs.
