Little Nejiko Suwa traveled to Europe from her native Japan with the firm intention of becoming a violin virtuoso. However, her fate had a surprise in store for her. As a symbol of the alliance between the powers of the Germany-Japan axis, she receives a Stradivarius violin from the hands of Joseph Goebbels himself. But the instrument that she holds in her hands seems not to respond. He opposes her, as if he had her own soul, as if she remembered the hands of another owner of hers.
