"Burn Baby Burn" is the slogan of the 1965 riots in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Watts as a protest against racial discrimination by the police. At the same time, a revolt of ancestral origin was brewing in the building known as the Champs Elysees. In the present, Philadelphia has been decimated by one of the most brutal carnages in history perpetrated by John Adams and his legion of vampires. Jimmy Sangster Jr. was able to avoid the worst with the help of his father, renowned detective and newly turned vampire James Sangster Sr., but the battle for a new America isn't over! Abigail Adams is determined to establish her husband's reign of terror with even bolder and more ruthless actions against the city many call "Killadelphia".
