The hand of Irulegi is a bronze piece, where 5 words divided into four lines written in a pre-Basque language more than 2,000 years ago are read. The first, "Sorioneku", takes us back to a time when the alphabet used to write was not the same as the one we use now, and to a time when the wars between the Roman factions caused towns and villages to be hastily abandoned. This hand was revealed in November 2022, and from the beginning the importance of the discovery and the archaeological work carried out was evident. A discovery that people of all ages deserved to know about. And this is how this story was born, where Olbap, an 8-year-old boy, learned to write and learned his father's trade, leaving a hand made of bronze hanging from the door of his apartment and the story that would become famous many centuries later.
