Inglaterra salvaje

Inglaterra salvaje

Jefferies, Richard

Following a mysterious cataclysm, Britain has been depopulated and a pre-industrial lifestyle restored. There is a brilliant resurgence of nature and a gigantic lake has grown in the center of the island, with a toxic swamp at the former location of London. Slavery, violence and barbarism reign in post-cataclysm wild England. Through this dystopian landscape moves Felix Aquila, a young man as misanthropic as he is marginalized, who, unable to overcome the brutality that surrounds him, ends up fleeing the new world and trying to restart civilization on his own.
