Infoxicación
identidad, afectos y memoria; o sobre la mutación tecnocultural
Rot, Margot
In this short essay, philosopher Margot Rot invites us to reflect on the relationship between emotional experiences through screens and the creation of our identities. What are our emotions if not the multiple expression of what we want, or what we do not want? What is desire if not the impetus through which an identity is erected? Virtuality has modified our way of perceiving time and space and, therefore, our way of perceiving reality. Infoxication is a philosophical analysis of the technological present, a concept through which to question the consequences of informational abundance.
