Like so many other young people of his age, Joan is obsessed with his physique. He is a scrawny person who wants to get strong like his cousin Luca, who lives in Naples and is studying to become a personal trainer. When Joan goes to Italy to spend the summer holidays with her relatives, she decides to follow her cousin's advice to improve her physical condition. But little by little, the two will realize that it's not all about appearances. As Luca always says, "mens sana... in corpore sano".
