Horda

Menéndez Salmón, Ricardo

In a world where, by dint of perverting them, words have lost their meaning, children have taken power and have established silence as the norm. Together with this imposition, they have created a religion of the image, encrypted in a monumental device that emits visual stimuli without rest, and they pursue any verbal or written manifestation. In this deaf and mute reality, someone named Him (there are no proper names in this fable) tries to find a meaning to existence protected by three unique companions: a book, a monkey and laughter.
