Història del Barça de bàsquet (1926-1940)

In 1926, when the FC Barcelona basketball section was founded, things were very different to how they are now: amateur players, very hard courts, heavy balls and an often abrupt and violent game. In addition, Barça was not one of the greats, always surpassed by Patrie, Laietà or a Spanish ascendant. They are years of adversity, of truncated illusions, of "this year, yes", but in the end neither. Nothing new for the culers, used to fighting against all kinds of elements, always hoping that better times will come. And they will arrive, but not yet in this period in which FC Barcelona laid the foundations of what, over the years, will be a section that will fight for all the titles.
