Greta Thunberg was 15 years old when she first skipped class to go on strike for the climate in front of the Swedish Parliament in Stockholm. Her lonely call to action sparked a student movement that led to "Friday weather" strikes in many countries into a global mobilization. Award-winning author Jeanette Winter tells us in this album the story of Greta, the young climate activist who demands action from world leaders who refuse to tackle climate change. Hearing about the crusade to save the planet from global warming from this young activist, author Jeanette Winter, she wanted to do her bit.
