Julia is a journalist, she has just separated and decides to leave Madrid behind and return to her town, in Galicia, with her son Sebas, to change of scene and take care of his mother. The boy is ten years old and he is convinced that his grandmother Luz is the god Thor, because she is never separated from her hammer. Although he hides polvorones in his stockings, drinks Samson until he sees double and tells lies non-stop, Sebas adores his grandmother. She is a goddess, and has turned her garden into a temple. But for Julia, returning to her family home means facing a past full of secrets that she needs to reveal and the disappearance of her father, who left more than thirty years ago without saying goodbye to her.
