Takashi Akimitsu, leader of the organ trafficking group, falls into a coma. Then Ai-ling Yi, the Chinese dissector, overwhelms the Akimitsu family with a ploy. Meanwhile, agent Mizuki Sakurada, journalist Naoya Hirose, and former doctor Takuma Hanabusa, who set out to free Tamaki Suzuhara, get temporary help from Riyo Kanzaki, who has gone on the run, and manage to crack down.
