They belonged to the baby boom, are over fifty years old and live, think, dress and carry out activities that are not in accordance with what their ID dictates. They are people who feel with health, strength and enthusiasm to develop multiple pending projects, while taking care not to lose their quality of life; they preserve their finances, in their professions they demonstrate their leadership skills and they do not want to work longer than their parents. They have changed "I am unable" to "I have chosen to be." They are the silver or sellennial generation, and they are in fashion!
