Fundamentals of criminal law. General Part is presented as a manual that exposes in an agile and precise way the essential contents of the discipline, comprehensive of three large blocks: foundations and principles of criminal law, legal theory of crime and legal consequences of crime. Within each one of these blocks, the main issues are identified, as well as the interpretative difficulties that, if applicable, arise.
