After Player 2511's latest attack, Neil, under increasing pressure, looks for the slightest clue that leads him to the masked avenger who threatens his family and Selene, with whom he has an unstable relationship: on the one hand, the boy realizes that the bond that binds him to her is getting stronger, unique and indissoluble; on the other, he fears that her painful past will prevent him from living fully and satisfactorily. When a shocking revelation hits his world, Neil lets go of everything and everyone and runs away from Selene and her family to find himself and regain some balance. It is then that Megan -pretty as a supermodel, with green eyes that take the hiccups away- becomes her only support. The girl shares terrible memories with him and seems the only one capable of calming, at least in part, his restlessness. While Neil, torn between his attraction to Megan and his indefinable feeling for Selene, tries to come to terms with it, Player 2511 prepares the final assault, and he has no intention of leaving behind his head in order to take terrible revenge on him.
