Violent and sharp as the weapons of their characters (Colonel Sand dan Glokta, Curnden Craw, Shevedieh the thief and Javre, Hoskopp's Lioness, the lunatic and bloody Ninefingers...), the stories of "Deadly Blades" take place before from "The voice of the swords" until after "Red Lands". Located chronologically, the stories follow threads pointed in the plots of the Circle of the World novels, but all of them can be read independently. It is another facet of the best Abercrombie.
