Fiesta

Hemingway, Ernest
Jake Barnes, the narrator of the book, recounts the travels and passion of some American journalists who live in Paris and want to be writers. That said, the work doesn't bring anything special to the montage, unless it's a very atypical work: it has a stylized plot, one of the main threads, which is the narrative of the sentimental reactions that nurse Brett Ashley causes in the gang; but the book also has a lot to do with reporting (Sanfermin plays a major role); there is also a book of remembrance; and there is also a travel book. It could be said that it is a hybrid work avant la lettre, varied, but the sack that contains all these components has a fitting name, and is a novel. No, what is told at the Fiesta would not be particularly interesting if it were not for the way in which the daily adventures that take place there are told. It happens to Don Quixote. Or the search for lost time.
