Estranxeiras

The driver of the black Kawasaki arrives in Santa María de Aguas Novas with no intention of staying, immersed in an escape that made her leave Berlin in a hurry, taking with her little more than her laptop and some seedlings. Less than two kilometers away, in another part of the village, Maruxa receives her granddaughter Mara and her parents who, with the intention of spending the summer in the family home, unload some suitcases and don't forget the fairy book. Around the neighborhood's opposition to an urban development project near the river, a wide cast of characters is drawn by a countryside that is debating between disappearance and rebirth.
