The Workers' Statute integrates the substantial part of the labor regulations: labor hiring, representation in the company and collective bargaining. This edition, moreover, is completed through more than 400 footnotes with an exhaustive reference to practically all the legal and regulatory provisions that at some point develop or are connected with the Workers' Statute, as well as of the most significant judgments of the Constitutional Court for the understanding of the different precepts of the Law. In the same way, the International Conventions on labor matters and the most important provisions of the European Union on social matters are cited. The Royal Decrees of Transfers to the Autonomous Communities have also been incorporated. In some cases, due to its importance, the full content of certain regulations is included: distance work, minimum interprofessional salary, freedom of association, strike, temporary work agencies, registration of collective agreements, special labor relations, etc.
