Es extraña la amistad
Puebla, Javier
While Sam jogs without much conviction through the Madrid bridge of Segovia, a stranger addresses him and claims to be his soulmate, Alberto Delgado, whom he has not seen for more than ten years. Sam hesitates for a few minutes until a comment dispels his misgivings. Alberto has changed a lot for the better: he belongs to the diplomatic corps, he swims in abundance and he looks great, even the same hair he had when he was young; On his part, Sam has gotten fat, his clothing carelessness is complete (just like that of his flat, where he spends most of the time), he lives off erratic work assignments and owes several months' rent. In his youth, Sam was a promising sculptor and Alberto a budding poet.
