A plague of flying insects lashes, like a fatal sign, an undefined city in an abstract present. Vibrant black swarms stain the metallic sky thickened by a suffocating heat wave, during which violence skyrockets and suicides multiply exponentially. To escape the unreason of street attacks, moral rot, collective delirium, the massive fear that civilization consumes and brings to light the lowest instincts of man, five young people take refuge in a lost house in the interior of a forest, safe from the inquisitive gaze of the corrupt authorities and from the hell of abjection in which a society is plunged on the brink of disintegration. In this condition of voluntary closure, the five friends will be confronted with loneliness, with their own demons, fears, aspirations and memories in a dreamlike and hazy atmosphere in suspense between the realm of life and that of death.
