This volume contains topics 1 to 9 corresponding to the common agenda developed in depth and updated until the date of publication by incorporating all the legislative developments that affect them. As an essential didactic complement to this syllabus, we include at the end the tests corresponding to each of the topics, which are very useful for reviewing and self-assessment of knowledge, to detect gaps and errors in the study of the subjects, as well as to become familiar with the usual dynamics of the tests in this type of selective procedures.
