When a local businessman with public recognition aspirations decides to campaign for mayor of his village, he hires the services of an unscrupulous political adviser who has failed. From the campsite where he lives and is surrounded by a curious team made up of fellow partygoers turned into crazy collaborators, the advisor develops the campaign to win the election by moving between amorality and unconsciousness. And betrayals, which know no friendships or commitments, because all that matters is money and feeling powerful again.
