Tomoatsu Naoe works in an osteopathic relaxation clinic when, without eating or drinking it, a rather peculiar client walks in one day... She says she is an elf and needs to lose weight to cross the portal back to her world! The problem is that there are so many types of French fries: stick, wedge, wavy... and all equally irresistible! And as if this were not enough, it seems that there are more beings that will need Naoe's help to get through the portal. Will Elfuda manage not to skip the diet?
