A book on different leadership, in which the essential characteristics that leaders must have are described. He does so by following the fictionalized story of an executive who gets to see the realities of running a multinational company from the top. From the heights everything looks different and decisions have great effects. Leaders have to take actions based on being aware of their effects both on their relationships and on the emotions of those who have to carry them out.
