El universo de Óliver

González Carrasco, Miguel Á.

Oliver is an eight-year-old boy who suffers from a strange ailment, a kind of narcolepsy that causes him to faint suddenly. It is in those moments when he comes into contact with a disturbing dream world full of disconcerting visions and warnings. His adventure begins when he discovers that this chaotic information turns out to be of vital importance to certain people who are very close to him. He must make a crucial decision to find out what the universe seems to reserve only for him. Set in Spain in the 1980s, in El Universo de Óliver, the costumbrista drama merges with supernatural elements and horror literature. In history, the cycles of nature, astronomy, mythological fables and the world of dreams are intermingled. And, above all, the great discoveries of friendship, fear, love and death.
