El último caso de William Parker

One dawn, very close to Christmas 2018, the head of young Sarah Evans appears in the middle of a busy San Francisco street. The city wakes up in horror and the police find the rest of the body in the victim's house: naked, kneeling and with her arms tied to the walls. Inspector William Parker, a specialist in serial killers, has been off duty for some time and retired from the force after a particularly traumatic case, but Lieutenant Watson is convinced that only he can help her unravel the mystery of this macabre death. After much hesitation, Parker decides to put aside his old fears and plunges headlong into an investigation that will change everything he thought he knew about the old case he had tried so hard to forget. Meanwhile, Valencian journalist Fernando Fons, recently arrived in San Francisco after fleeing a tragic reunion, follows with interest the search for the murderer who has been dubbed "the Executioner" by the press. Parker and Fons embark separately on a race towards danger, gradually drawing closer to each other and to a secret that many are trying to protect at all costs.
