El sótano de Óxford

In a house in a wealthy neighborhood in the city of Oxford, they find by chance a woman and a child locked in a basement, almost lifeless and unidentified. The woman does not speak, there are no records of similar disappearances and the elderly owner of the house claims that he has never seen them in her life. The whole neighborhood is shocked. How could it happen? Inspector Adam Fawley knows that, beneath that innocent air, many hide secrets. The clue is provided by one of his past cases, a disappearance that he never solved.
