Adela Roldán, married with a child, leads a peaceful family life except for a recurring nightmare that has disturbed her since she was just a child. In it she sees how a young woman is murdered in the presence of her youngest daughter. When she wakes up, she doesn't remember anything else, until one night she identifies the name of the town where everything happens: Vilar de Fontao, in Galicia.
