El Señor de los Anillos

The Rings of Power were forged in ancient times by Elven smiths, and Sauron, the Dark Lord, forged the One Ring. But once it was taken from him, and though he searched all over Middle-earth he could never find it. After many years he happened to fall into the hands of the hobbit Bilbo Baggins. From the Dark Tower of Mordor, the power of Sauron spread around. He came to collect all the Great Rings, but continued to search for the One Ring, which would complete the dominion of Mordor. Bilbo disappeared during the celebration of his one hundred and eleventh birthday, leaving Frodo in charge of the Ring, and with a dangerous mission ahead of him: to traverse Middle-earth, into the shadows of the Dark Country, and destroy the Ring by casting it into the Cracks of Doom. The Lord of the Rings tells of the great quest accomplished by Frodo and his friends: Gandalf the Wizard, Merry, Pippiny Sam, Gimli the Dwarf, Legolas the Elf, and a strange and mysterious man named Strider.
